The Hungarian National Ballet's theatre visit programme is continuing in the 2025/26 season at the reopened Opera House. We welcome applications from nursery schools and primary schools interested in sending groups of younger schoolchildren to participate in the theatre visit programme. During the theatre visit tour, the children are taken on a walk around the theatre building, where they get a look backstage and at the ballet costumes, as well as a chance to try on pointe shoes. At the end of the programme, the children can even look forward to a bit of dance instruction. The programme starts at 9 am on each occasion. (Please note the programme takes place in Hungarian only.)

The fee for participation is 4 000 HUF/person, with free admission for up to three accompanying teachers.
Groups of up to 25 people, including the accompanying teachers, can be accommodated.
